Department Information by the Director

The LCHS Drama Department was founded in 2005 by myself, Kayla Stafford. I volunteered for over 3 years, directing 5 full- length plays and musicals. To date, I have directed over 20 plays at LCHS. This is truly one of my greatest accomplishments.

I am so proud of the Drama Deparment for self sufficiency! The drama department does NOT require any dues from its members. The department supplies all costumes, props, backdrops, and sound equipment through the sale of tickets for each production. Therefore, every penny made at the performances is used to better the department.

Patrons, I appreciate your continued support to the LCHS Drama Department. Many of you never miss a performance, and for that, I thank you.

This year, the drama department is excited to unveil their new set! Constructed by Curtis Brewer, the set consists of three walls, a set of stairs, and 3 stage doors!
